KUSIKERO PINOY BBQ is a proudly homegrown Filipino barbecue concept, built on a deep passion for sharing distinct Pinoy flavors with the community. Our mission is to bring bold, smoky flavors to the streets while serving comfort, nostalgia, and a modern take on classic Filipino barbecue.

The name “KUSIKERO” carries a special meaning, inspired by its owner, a cook and a musician. It is a blend of the Tagalog words kusinero (cook) and musikero (musician), reflecting his journey both in and out of the kitchen. Before stepping into the culinary world, he was part of a band, where he learned the importance of rhythm, timing, and soul.

His path eventually took him across the world, from working in Dubai, to life on a cruise ship, and later to the United States, where he spent years refining his craft in fast-paced kitchens. These experiences shaped the way he approaches food today.

Every dish reflects that same sense of rhythm and passion, balanced, flavorful, and made with heart.

Today, KUSIKERO PINOY BBQ brings distinct Filipino barbecue to the streets with a modern twist. Our menu features classic favorites such as Pork BBQ, Chicken BBQ, and Sticky Ribs BBQ, each marinated for hours using our signature recipes.
